As part of our Know Your Customer requirements under our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) Program required by legislation, we need to periodically confirm that your personal details are accurate, even if nothing has changed. This helps us to protect your account.
What information do I need to confirm?
- Your legal name (first name and last name)
- Your date of birth
- Your current residential address
How do I confirm my personal details?
Simply click the ‘Confirm your personal details’ button within the email you received - this will redirect you to the Afterpay app to proceed. If any of your details have changed, you will have the option to update, or submit a request to update them via the app. Make sure you have the latest version of the app.
