There are circumstances that may lower your spend limit, such as missing a payment, spending activity or requesting a spend limit decrease. Conversely, consistently paying on time helps improve your chances of being assessed for a higher spend limit.
As we are required to send you servicing communication, you will be notified if there’s an adjustment made to your spend limit. You don’t need to take any action if you receive one of these emails, but it’s important to note that your spend limit is subject to change.
