Capital One recently made a decision to prevent their credit cards from being used to make Afterpay purchases and payments.

Afterpay accepts debit or credit cards, including Mastercard or Visas. You can find more information about storing a new card to your account here.
I have multiple cards including a Capital One credit card. What do I need to do?

I have a Capital One debit card, am I affected?
You can still make payments with a Capital One debit card.
Why have I been charged a late fee?
Capital One recently made a decision to prevent their credit cards from being used to make Afterpay purchases and payments. Afterpay notified all customers with Capital One credit cards on file that they must update their credit card. Failure to do so within 10 days could result in late payment fees.
What if my payment history is impacted?
Once you have added a different card and paid the overdue payments, please get in touch with us and we will review your payment history.
