Disabling Autopay via the app or web portal is only available for Pay-in-4. If you require assistance in disabling Autopay for a Pay Monthly order please contact us via our Help Center so we can further assist you. If you wish to stop payments from being debited from your debit card we require you to contact us at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled payment date. If you have contacted us with less than 3 business days notice, we will assist with your request, however we may be unable to revoke authorization for your next scheduled payment date successfully.
To disable autopay yourself for Pay-in-4 follow the steps below.
Via the Afterpay App:
- Log in to your Afterpay App
- Select the “My Afterpay” tab in the bottom right corner of your screen
- Select the “Orders” tab
- Go to the order you wish to disable Autopay Click the “Turn off Autopay” button.
- Confirm you wish to disable Autopay by clicking the “Turn Autopay Off” button.
Via web portal:
- Go to Afterpay’s website in your web browser and log into your Afterpay account
- On the left side of your Afterpay web portal select the option “Orders”
- Go to the Order you wish to disable Autopay
- Go to the order you wish to disable Autopay for and Click the “Turn off Autopay” button
- Confirm if you wish to disable Autopay by clicking the “Turn Autopay off” button.
Important to note: If you disable Autopay you will need to make manual payments on or before the payment due date. Afterpay offers a 10 day grace period on Pay-in-4 orders before an account assesses a late fee if applicable. To learn more about Late Fees please visit our Help Center here.
