If you're having trouble accessing your account, here's what might be happening:
Too Many Failed Login Attempts
If you've tried to log in or reset your password unsuccessfully multiple times, access to your account may be temporarily restricted. To resolve, here's what you can do:
- Wait at least 1 hour before trying to login again or;
- Conduct a password reset. See our password reset guide for step-by-step instructions.
Be careful with further login attempts, as additional failed tries may result in another hour-long wait to access your account.
Previously Closed Account
Closing your account is permanent and cannot be undone. If you previously requested account closure, you will not be able to log in. For more information on account closure, you can click here.
