If you need to reset your password, you can do this via your App or the Afterpay website. Keep reading to see how it's done!
Afterpay website:
- Enter in your email address.
- In the “Password” field, click “Forgot”.
- A verification code will be sent to the phone number listed on the account. Enter in the code that you received.
- Create your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and symbols (such as !,#,@).
- Click “continue”. All done!
Via your App:
- Enter in your email address.
- Select the “I don’t know my password” option.
- Enter in your email address.
- A verification code will be sent to the phone number listed on the account. Enter in the code that you received.
- Create your new password. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of numbers and symbols (such as !,#,@).
- Select “continue”. All done!
