If you are not receiving the verification code, there are a few things that you can try.
You may just need to refresh the connection between your phone & your mobile carrier. Please try:
- Turning your phone off & on (or restarting if possible)
- Removing & re-inserting your SIM card
- Get in touch with your mobile phone carrier, give them a quick call or hop on to their live chat and ask them to check that you do not have any blockers preventing you from receiving A2P (Application to person or also known as short code messages). Many new phones have this type of message blocked to prevent you from getting spam and using up your mobile data. A2P messages are slightly different from normal SMS's. They are often used by marketing companies, but are also used by many companies to send one time passwords - including us!
Once you have completed these steps, retry! If you are still unable to receive the verification code, get back in touch with us.
