There might be a few reasons as to why you cannot log in. Take a look below:
Typo?
Make sure that the spelling of your email address and password is correct. If you suspect that you have made a typo in your email address when you signed up with us, get in touch so we can correct this for you.
Internet connection/VPN:
Is your internet connection strong enough? If the connection is weak, you may have troubles logging in. If you are on Wi-Fi, try using mobile data and vice-versa.
iPhone users: If you have an iPhone and are trying to log in to the App, make sure that you have mobile data turned on for Afterpay. To check this, follow the steps below:
- Settings > Mobile Data > Scroll down to “Afterpay”> Make sure that the button is green and Mobile Data is enabled
If you are connected to a VPN, we would suggest disabling the VPN whilst you are attempting to use your account, as sometimes VPN connections can prevent you from using our service correctly.
