There are a couple of reasons as to why you might see this error message! Have a look below:
You have had too many failed login attempts:
If you have attempted to log in or reset your password unsuccessfully too many times, your account will be disabled as a security measure. If this happens, all you need to do is allow at least 1 hour before attempting to log in again.
Be careful! If you try again and fail, you might be locked out a second time. If this happens, you will need to give it another hour and reattempt.

Did you ask to close your account a while ago?
You may have asked to close your account with us quite some time ago. If this is the case, please get in touch with us if you want to use your account again!
