If you encounter an error message saying that your account is frozen, there may be a couple of reasons as to why.
Your account is frozen due to a recent request to extend your payments:
If you have recently had multiple requests to extend your payments, your account may be frozen until either the extended payments have been paid, or your entire account balance is paid. If this is the case, it will be communicated to you in the email/message you received from us.
What do I need to do?
Once the payment or balance has been paid, let us know so we can remove the freeze from your account!
Fraud prevention:
Sometimes, we freeze accounts for the purpose of fraud prevention. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have done anything wrong or that your account is compromised, but we want to make sure that everything is as it should be. Your account security is super important to us!
What do I need to do?
Get in touch with us. Just a heads up, we may ask you to provide us with some ID to make sure that your account is safe and secure!
