The purchase of Gift Cards may be restricted for some customers. We make a determination based on your shopping history with us. We take into consideration things like how long you have been a customer with us and how consistent you have been with making on time repayments. This may mean, you are able to buy Gift Cards from a certain store one week and then the next week you see a range of different options available and some stores may be missing.

The better your history with us the more options you will have to purchase gift cards.
Important!
When purchasing a gift card, we will always take the first payment (25% of the order value) at the time of purchase. e-Gift Cards from Afterpay are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Will I get a physical card?
No, our Gift Cards are sent to you (or the recipient) directly via email so that you do not have to wait. If you need a physical gift card you can simply print the email.
Why is my gift card order declining?
As with all Afterpay purchases, we make a decision to approve or decline the purchase immediately. This decision is completely managed by Afterpay, not Prezzee.
There are a few different reasons as to why your purchase could be declining. It is important to note that Afterpay does not approve 100% of purchase attempts, many factors are at play including fraud prevention.
