How to check you have the latest version of our App
It's really simple, click which device you have for instructions:

If an app won’t respond or seems frozen, you can close it, then open it again.

You should only close an app if it’s unresponsive. The way you close an app depends on the type of device that you have.
iPhone X and later
1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.
2.Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3.Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
iPhone SE, iPhone 8 and earlier
1.Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
2.Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

Android | How to force close your app and restart it
You should only close an app if it’s unresponsive. The way you close an app depends on the type of device that you have.
First you will want to view the running apps on your device. How you do this depends on your phone and the Android version. If you're not sure how your device shows running apps, try the different methods that are available:
Android devices from 2017 (Android version 8 to current 11)
1.Swipe up from the bottom of the screen
2.Swipe up on the app you want to close as if you were flicking it off the screen. This works if your apps are listed horizontally.
