Of course! If it is a Pay in 4 order you can push back your next payment to allow time for the refund to be applied. If you're returning your order via mail, you can push back your next payment by up to 2 weeks from the original due date.
If it is a Pay Monthly order we are unable to change the due date since the due date is fixed for the life of the loan.
Just follow the steps below:
- Log in to your App.
- Select the "My Afterpay" tab in the bottom right. Select "Orders".
- Select the order that you have returned. Scroll down and click "Return order".
- Follow the prompts. All done!
If your request is successful, the final confirmation screen will include your updated payment schedule.
Please note: You'll only be able to make this request once per order. Additionally, if your refund still hasn't been processed by your next payment date and amounts remain due, you may have 2 payments due on the same day. Make sure to reach out to the merchant for an update.
