There are two reasons as to why your Pulse rewards points may show as 0.
The Pulse Rewards cycle might have reset:
No need to be concerned. This is totally normal! Every 6 months, the Pulse Rewards cycle resets, and all customers will notice that their points drop down to 0. This will not necessarily change your Pulse tier (depending on your repayment history!) but the cycle will reset, and you will have to start again from 0. To check when the current cycle will reset, you can visit the “Rewards” tab in your Afterpay App. The date of the reset will be displayed next to the “Last day to unlock rewards” section.
Have you dropped down to the Gold tier?
If you have recently dropped down to the Gold tier, your points will be reset to 0 and you will have to work your way back up. The only reason that this occurs is if you have missed 2 or more payments within a 6 month period. As long as you keep making your payments on time in future, you will notice that your points will begin to increase again.
We always want to help our customers. If you think that you are going to be late on making a payment, you may be able to extend the payment in your Afterpay App! If not, get in touch with us at least 24 hours before the due date so we can give you some help.
