Who can join Pulse? If you have mobile app version 1.24.0 minimum, you will be able to sign up for PULSE through your app. It is only available to a select number of our best customers. If you’re an Afterpay user in the U.S., you may be invited to join Pulse if you meet the following criteria:

The on-time payments tracker updates overnight, not real time so when you make payments to us, allow the tracker to catch up the following day.
How long does eligibility last? Each Pulse eligibility cycle is a fixed 6-month period Afterpay users who make at least 30 on-time payments may get access to Pulse benefits for that cycle and will also be eligible for membership in the following cycle—unless they make more than 3 late payments in that same 6-month period. To get access to Pulse benefits in the following cycle, users will need to reach 30 on-time payments again. |
Do all on-time payments count towards eligibility? On-time payments on orders $40+ count towards eligibility. The first payment of an order, when paid at the time of purchase, does not count towards your total number of on-time payments. |
What happens if I don’t make a payment on time? Pulse rewards program members can make no more than 3 late payments during a 6-month eligibility cycle in order to stay eligible. If a rewards member makes 4 late payments within that eligibility cycle, they’ll lose access to the Pulse benefits. |
Where can I access the Pulse benefits? You must download our latest version of the app. 1.24.0 If you go to the profile section (little person at the bottom right hand side of the menu bar) you should see PULSE in the list of contents. If you click here you will see your loyalty status.

Where can I track my on-time payments? Check the ‘Orders’ section of the Afterpay app to tally up your on-time payments. Note that the first payment of an order, when made at the time of purchase, does not count towards your total number of on-time payments. |
