Often when our customers are returning an order they contact Afterpay to push back their next payment to allow for the refund to be processed before the customer needs to make another payment. This will only apply when the customer is mailing the order back to the merchant, not if they are returning the item in-store.
When you notify us of your returning of order via the app or portal, your schedule repayments will automatically be defer for 2 weeks from the original date!
In the order page via portal or app, you will see an option to Return an Order
Next, you need to select how you are returning the purchase - sending it by post, or taking it back to the store
