It's ok – we got this.
First you have to create an account and password on Afterpay to log in. You can do this after your first purchase with us, or before.
If you do it before, then just go to the website, select “Sign-up” and follow the prompts! Easy.
If you’ve already made a purchase, then you will automatically have an account but you will have to create a password to log in. You can do this by following the link in the email we sent you after your first purchase or go to “Log in” on our website and select “Forgot your Password?”.
Now – if you are on a mobile device and you’re having issues logging in then try this:
- Make sure you have strong internet bars
- Try updating to the most recent operating software and browser
- Close any other browsers you have open and extra browser tabs you have open and then restart
- Make sure you’re NOT using “Private Browsing” or “Incognito Mode”
Ok – now this is important.
Make sure you are using the same email address to log in to Afterpay that you gave us when you made your first purchase! If you are being asked for your mobile number rather than a password, then you MUST be using a different email address to the one you first gave us.
If you have another email address, try that one.
If that doesn’t work, you might have made a typo when you gave us your email address the first time – just reach out to us and we’ll see if we can sort things out.

And Remember! Your password should be at least 8 characters long and contain letters, numbers and symbols like #!%@*. (Sorry for cursing)
