If you have access to the No Payment Upfront feature and would like to turn this feature on or off, please follow the instructions below:
- After logging into the Afterpay app, tap on 'My Afterpay’ in the bottom right of your screen.
- Scroll down and tap 'Payment settings' under the 'Account settings' heading.
- Under the ‘No Payment Upfront’ heading, tap the ‘on’ or off’ box.
- Next to ‘No Payment Upfront’, tap the toggle button to turn this feature on or off.
- Tap the arrow in the top right corner to exit this screen.
Note: If you are newly eligible to the No Payment Upfront feature, it’ll be turned on automatically in your app. You can turn it off any time by following the steps above.
If you cannot see the option to turn this feature off/on, this means you currently don’t have access to the No Payment Upfront feature. Eligibility is based on a range of different factors, and we recommend maintaining a good payment history if you’d like to be considered in future.
