If your payment fails, you will be sent a notification by SMS and email. Please log in to your account to make the payment immediately by following these steps:
Log in to your Afterpay account at www.afterpay.com
- Select “Payment Schedule”
- Next to the overdue payment select “Pay Now”
- Choose the desired payment method and select “Submit Payment”
If you are having difficulties, please contact us immediately to avoid incurring a late fee. We know you are busy, that is why we don't apply a late fee straightaway only if you fail to make the payment by 11pm NZST the day after due date.
