If a payment has not been made by you on the Afterpay website before the scheduled payment
To make it easy for you to stick to your payment plan, Afterpay provides automatic payments.
This means we take you next instalment from your preferred card on the due date. We will always send you reminders before an instalment is due, so you just need to make sure that there is enough in your account for that instalment and we do the rest.
If an automatic payment fails, we'll try and collect your instalment from any other cards you may have on your account. If we still can't collect or you don't have any other cards saved to your account, we'll let you know straight away and give you until 11pm the following day to make the payment.
If your payment is still outstanding then you'll be charged a $10 late fee, which we hate doing, if you're worried you won't be able to make a payment, give us a call here and we will try to sort something out.
Alternatively, you can always make payments manually on time or early - by clicking on the PAY NOW button in your account online or in the App.
