There are two scenarios that can cause you to drop your loyalty tier:
Repayment history:
If you have 2 or more late payments within a 6 month period, you may notice that your Pulse Rewards tier drops back to Gold.
If you have dropped Pulse Rewards tiers because of this reason, this is not necessarily a permanent change! If you ensure that your payments are paid on time in future, you may notice that you are eligible again in the next Pulse Rewards cycle.

You did not generate enough points to stay in the Mint tier:
If you are in the Mint tier, you need to generate enough points over the course of the 6 month Pulse Cycle to stay in the mint tier for the next cycle. If you do not earn enough points, you may drop back down to the Platinum tier. To see how many points you need to accumulate, you can view this information in the “Rewards” tab of your Afterpay App.
