You can normally find a merchants contact details on their website. If the merchant has provided their contact details to Afterpay, this information can also be found in the order summary within your Afterpay App.
If you have a tracking number for your purchase, you can also reach out to the delivery company to check the status of your delivery or to raise a dispute.
