You can check the status of your verification, and provide additional verification information online in “My Account” under “Profile Verification”, and also by clicking the Person Icon on the App.
If you still need to verify your identity you can provide us with details of your Driver’s Licence and your Medicare Card.
If you don’t have a Driver’s License or Medicare Card you can contact us here, and provide alternative forms of identity verification including your Passport or Proof of Age Card.

If you are one of our lovely friends from overseas, please send us a copy of your passport profile page, visa page, ID card, and proof of address via a bank statement, bill or some other government document like a tax form or rate notice.
