The introduction of ID verification will be a seamless process for the vast majority of our existing and new customers. Only a small volume of customers will be asked to provide more information to verify their identity before they make their next purchase (both instore and online). This means that you might be asked to provide ID, but your friend might not be.

CAN I CHECK IF MY ACCOUNT IS VERIFIED?
Yes, you can check the status of your verification by logging into your account.
Go to 'My account'
You will be able to see Profile Verification
You can also provide your Medicare Card or Driving Licence details to update your account verification status.
USING OUR MOBILE APP
Click on the ICON of a person - you will be able to check your verification status and update it by providing the details from your Medicare Card or Driving Licence. It only takes two ticks and you will be able to continue to shop.
DON'T HAVE A MEDICARE CARD OR AUS DRIVERS LICENCE?
If you cannot provide these forms of ID, you can contact our customer support centre with your Passport details or alternative forms of accepted ID.
We can accept:
Australian Passport or
Australian Proof of Age Card

If you don't have any of the above you can provide the following:
- Overseas Passport - profile page and visa pages required
Please upload/attach a copy of your ID card/Passport Profile Page including VISA and return it to us ASAP.
We also require proof of your address - this can be a bank statement, utility bill, mobile phone bill or something from the government such as tax office/centrelink /rate notice/etc.
