We have higher than expected call volumes today and online requests this week– this is due to a banking issue for payments that were made to us on 24/25/26th April.
The payments appeared as authorisations only until 8th May 2018 when the payments were confirmed. You may think that we have taken the payment twice, this is not the case. The issue was solely due to our bank only ‘holding’ the funds rather than collecting them.
