You can always add a new card to your account by following the prompts in the “Billings” section of “My Account” online, or on the App.
One of your cards will always be listed as your “Preferred Payment Method”. This is the card we will collect instalment payments from automatically, unless you select PAY NOW and use a different card for a one-off payment. So, if you add a new card and want this to be your preferred payment method, you will have to select that option.
We will always try your preferred payment method for collecting an instalment that is due. If this fails, we will then collect from any other cards you have listed on your account.
You can only remove a card from your account once all instalments from orders purchased using that card have been paid. Once this is done you can remove a card by following the prompts in the “Billing” section of “My Account”.
When adding a new card please make sure it has been activated with the issuer you got it from and make sure there is at least $5 available to spend. Otherwise our system will get confused and reject the card – potentially hurting its feelings.
