Whether your first payment is taken upfront or not depends on whether you have access to our No Payment Upfront feature.
If you do not currently have access to this feature, your first payment will be taken at the time of your order. You must have the first payment available on your linked debit or credit card for your order to be approved.
If you do have access to this feature and have this feature turned on, your first payment will be delayed by up to 2 weeks from the purchase date. While your first payment isn’t due upfront, we still recommend having at least 25% of the purchase price available on your linked debit or credit card in case we run a pre-authorisation. (Read here for more information).
Additionally, there are a few circumstances where you will always be required to make your first payment upfront:
-
If you are attempting to purchase gift cards
- For eligible orders over the value of $500
Access to the No Payment Upfront feature is based on a range of different factors, and we recommend maintaining a good payment history if you’d like to be considered for this benefit in future.
