At Afterpay we love helping you plan, book, buy and pay for goods and services you need, without losing control of your money.
But the delivery and quality of the goods and services you buy will always be the responsibility of the retailers and the service providers you buy them from.
From time to time a retailer may run out of the stock you ordered. Generally, they’ll contact you to let you know and may offer you alternative items, a credit note, or a refund depending on their returns policy.
If you are entitled to a refund it will be reflected in your Afterpay account as soon as the retailer processes the return payment to you. We can’t speed up this process or make this change in your account any earlier.
